There is never really a bad season to visit Greece.

You should really ask yourself what you would like to take with you on your way back home after the end of this journey.

The time of year when Corfu gets the busiest is during the summer months, and more specifically, the months of July and August (peak season).

Consider that both July and August are the hottest months and for some the temperatures may be uncomfortably hot.

For someone who wants to party and enjoy a lively nightlife, I would definitely recommend the peak season.

If you’re a sunseeker looking to spend your days swimming in warm waters, sunbathing, and relaxing on the beach, the best time to visit is from mid-May through the end of September. Indeed, while the sea water is warmer in July and August, the beaches tend to be overcrowded. As someone who enjoys traveling, my aim is to find weather that is conducive to sightseeing without the hassle of long lines and crowds. Typically, April and May or mid-September through October offer the ideal conditions for such experiences.

Additionally, traveling during the off-season can be cost-effective as prices are often reduced by up to 50%.
