Surrounded by mountain views, Perissa is one of the most beautiful seaside villages on the southeastern coast of Santorini. With several kilometers of black sand beach, it is one of the largest and most famous beaches on the island. The beach is fully organized, featuring beach bars that cater to all tastes, as well as umbrellas, sunbeds, and watersport activities for both the young and old, along the shore.
The Church of Holy Cross, one of the largeston the island, is situated in the charming central square of Perissa. Overlooking the beach, its whitewashed exterior and vibrant blue domes provide a striking contrast to the volcanic black sand beach. In Perissa, you can certainly spend quality family time away from the hustle and bustle of crowded holiday destinations.
