Kolona beach ranks 122nd, among the 1020 beaches in the South Aegean region on the island of Kythnos.

Among the island’s renowned beaches, Kolona stands out for its exceptional features, characterized by a slender, unshaded stretch of sand connecting a small headland to the main island, surrounded by crystal-clear sapphire waters. During summer, it attracts a large number of visitors. Personally, I consider Kolona to be one of the most remarkable beaches I have ever encountered, representing a unique natural masterpiece.

Its allure is enhanced by the presence of fine golden sand and transparent green-blue waters. Accessing this beach requires either hiking or renting a Jeep due to the rough condition of the road leading there. However, the breathtaking views that await are certain to leave a lasting impression.
