It’s time for one of my favorite Greek sweet recipe ever. I find myself craving a piece of Galaktoboureko every time my mother prepares it.

The original recipe comes with vanilla custard filling and caramel syrup but the last decade many other combinations have appeared like chocolate or half chocolate/half vanilla or with flavoured syrups.
