I’m going to share a secret with you. It’s about an island called Donoussa, a Greek island that you’ve probably never heard of before. Many people dream of visiting the Cyclades, known for their white-cubed houses and blue-domed churches, some of the most beautiful islands in Greece. They imagine eating Greek salad and fresh fish at a taverna while watching the sunset over a picturesque harbor.
Well, that quiet place with amazing Cycladic turquoise clear waters, away from the mass crowds you’re dreaming of, might just be Donoussa Island! The island epitomizes relaxation and embodies the perfect Greek summer. It is one of the lesser-known Greek islands, with most people unaware of its existence, even among the Greeks.
